Question 1

How does Move Chill pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Move Chill charges $159/hour for 2 movers plus a truck, a flat $129 dispatch fee, and a 3-hour minimum paid at booking. The remaining balance is billed at job completion based on the crew's actual time, calculated in 0.5-hour increments — so you only pay for real hours worked.

Question 2

How fast can I get a moving quote?

Accepted Answer

Our AI booking assistant generates a personalized, binding quote in under 3 minutes. Just share your origin, destination, home size and any special items — no phone calls or waiting required.

Question 3

Is Move Chill licensed and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Move Chill is fully licensed and insured, and every subcontractor on the platform is vetted and background-checked. Your belongings are protected on every move.

Question 4

Do you move specialty items like pianos and safes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We move pianos, safes over 300 lbs, fine art, antiques, pool tables, grandfather clocks and more. Specialty items are priced as time additions so the estimate stays transparent.

Question 5

What areas does Move Chill serve?

Accepted Answer

Move Chill serves all 50 U.S. states for both local and long-distance moves, with a home base in Denver, Colorado.

Question 6

How does Move Chill beat local mover prices?

Accepted Answer

We scan real local moving companies in your area and price our quote 4–7% below the best competitor — while never dropping below our honest cost-based total.

Question 7

When is the balance charged?

Accepted Answer

Only the 3-hour minimum plus dispatch fee is charged at booking. The balance is charged automatically after the move using the card you saved at checkout, based on the actual hours the crew reports.

Question 8

Do I need to be present during the move?

Accepted Answer

You can relax while our crew handles the heavy lifting. Someone simply needs to be available to provide access at the origin and accept delivery at the destination.
